A week in outfits!

It's been a busy few weeks with work and home and so I've been a bit slack on the blogging, so today covers a few outfits that I've worn to work, an exercise class at the hospital and weekend lounging!

This top is from ASOS and I bought it on eBay for £3.20, really comfy with a decent structure, perfect for work with my black H&M jeans. Not sure I would buy anything else of the same material as being pregnant can be a sweaty business and this wasn't that forgiving! 

I LOVE this dress from ASOS, it was like wearing a fluffy cloud and was perfect for an event I attended the week before last. I've worn this a few times now and it makes me feel smart and comfy - Love it! Only £15.50 and still in the sale!


Excuse the mess! This H&M jumper was bought on eBay in a bundle and I love that it is quite long so covers the top of my jeans, it's also machine washable even with the sequin front which is really handy! H&M have a great Spring collection with lots of tops, leggings etc at really reasonable prices so check it out! 



Love these new PJ's I bought in the Primark sale, I bought a few pairs in different sizes as a lot of separates and sets were all reduced to £3, I bought some that should hopefully see me through the rest of my pregnancy and my first few weeks of being a mum! 

This is the Pull and Bear dress and cardigan I picked up in the sale a while ago, non maternity and really comfortable. Should have had a belt on which I think would have made it look smarter but couldn't find it! Happy to finally be wearing lighter fabrics and no boots! Spring has arrived! 

This last one is my attempt at fitness wear! I'm really suffering with hip pain and so one of the things the physio suggested is an exercise class at the hospital, and so I needed something loose and comfortable to wear. The t-shirt is a cheapy from New Look and the trousers are ASOS which came in an eBay bundle - I got a few funny looks at the Heath as I think people thought I was walking around in my pyjamas, but they are definitely outdoor clothes! 

 Fairer weather means the dungarees are definitely on the cards for this week!!

Last picks of the January Sales

Having spent much of the last week awake, whilst our darling 17 month old is going through a sleep regression of mammoth proportions, I decided to make myself useful and see if there are any last minute bargains in the sales that we should all keep an eye on.  I've looked both for workwear and for summer wear, as if you have a holiday booked I would recommend that you pick up a few things now whilst they are cheap rather than paying full price the week of your holiday.  You all know that I am quite tight and don't like paying full price for anything and so sales time is my happy time, I have to say that I haven't had a huge amount of success this time around but that is probably a good thing as it is saying me some cash!  These are all high street and all available online in a variety of sizes as of today (9/1/18) ASOS  Red culottes - £10  I bought these and I love them! Holidays with a toddler and how IKOS resorts saved the day!

We've now been back from Greece for just over a week and I am still pining for IKOS Oceania ! This post is going to have a little about holidaying with a toddler, a little about IKOS resorts and a little about my holiday outfits, hopefully some or all of that will be of interest! Be warned - my photos don't do it justice!  We booked our holiday to Halkidiki back in September/October as I was desperate to have a holiday in the diary, and I was super keen on this resort last year but didn't fancy the 5.55am Gatwick flight with a 9 month old, but this year was feeling much braver!  We booked with Kuoni , this is now the 4th holiday we have booked with them and we have never looked back.
